  1. Berlin is a BIG city.... it is nine (9) times larger than Paris.            

  2. Berlin is the most multi-cultural city in Germany.  People from close to 200 different countries live there.                                                                                   

  3. The Berlin Zoo is the most visited zoo in Europe.                

  4. Berlin also has the largest Train Station in Europe.                                                                      

  5. Some of the famous sites to visit while in Berlin are:
    - Museum Island and its museums
    - Charlottenburg Palace
    - Brandenburg Gate
    - Reichstag Building
    - Alexanderplatz                                                 
    - Day Trip to Potsdam and visit to Sanssouci Palace
     

  6. The tv tower (Fernsehturm) in Alexanderplatz is the tallest structure in Germany.  There is also a revolving restaurant at the very top so you can have beautiful views of the city while you eat.                     
     

  7. The flag of Germany has three colors on it: yellow, black and red.
     

  8. With over 175 museums, Berlin has more museums than rainy days.                          
     

  9. Seeing an opera in Berlin shouldn't be hard; there are three (3) opera houses.                                                                              

  10. The Berlin Wall isn't just one wall; it's actually two (2) walls.
